DO88 Performance intercooler & PipeKit - Bigpack.

To Fit: Seat Leon Mk4 2.0 TSI 2020 onwards - EA888 Engines 

An in-house designed performance intercooler and pipekit from do88 for an easy drop-in-fitment in your VAG 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen4!

Significant advantages with the do88 performance intercooler (in comparison to VW Golf GTI OEM intercooler):

• Greater core volume: 15811cm3 (9056cm3), 75% larger!
• Larger active cooling area , 2774 cm2 vs 2587 cm2, 7 % bigger!
• Air flow at 0,15bar/2,18psi pressure drop: 332 CFM (244 CFM), do88 36% higher!
• Peak powergain of +12hp and peak torque gain of +14 Nm! Measured on VW Golf GTI Clubsport Edition 45 2021 with stock software.
• Post intercooler air temperature at same conditions: 23°C (35°C), do88 12°C lower!
• The pipe has one methanol injection connection (1/8 -27 NPT). The pipe is delivered with blanking plug in this connection.

The BigPack includes a full aluminium performance intercooler and a complete 2.5inch pipe kit and silicone hoses. This BigPack replaces everything between the turbo outlet and the throttle body, hence the drastic improvement in airflow and cooling performance.

The do88 performance intercooler is an all-aluminium construction. With CAD-designed, flow optimised cast end tanks along with an optimised core design, it achieves the best possible cooling efficiency combined with the lowest possible pressure drop!

The pressure pipes are manufactured in 2,5” mandrel bent seamless aluminium pipes.

Custom made high quality silicone hoses with 4 layers of polyester/aramid reinforcement. These hoses can handle very high temperature and pressure!

Always remember that the OEM intercooler was designed for the power level that the car was built for originally. A power increase or even very hard use of the car in standard version, may cause the OEM intercooler to fail to have the performance required. So even after an engine software tune the do88 BigPack will give a performance increase over the OEM intercooler!

A common misunderstanding is that an intercooler installed in this position cannot provide good performance and that a front mounted intercooler / FMIC would be much better. But actually the do88 BigPack is far better than most FMIC installations where only a core with a small front surface is possible to install, partially behind the bumper beam which will reduce cooling capacity even further and often cooling abilities worse than the OEM intercooler are achieved.

do88 BigPack comes with all hardware necessary for installation.

When you order this BigPack, there are two choices that need to be made:

1. Engine: Choose which stock power you car has. 245hp or 300hp+. (Cars with 300hp+ has BOV-flange on the pressure pipe located below the throttle body)
2. Hose colour: Three different hose colours are available Blue / Black / Red. There are no performance difference between the different colours, choose which colour you think will be best for your car.

This product comes with everything necessary for easy installation. Bolts, washers and mounting instructions are of course included.
