To Fit: Petrol turbo models, with intercooler pipe connection at middle of intercooler.
Note: Pipe between turbo and intercooler will not fit together with standard air filter box
High performance upgrade intercooler. Provides improved cooling, and the ability to run higher turbo boost if desired, without the possibility of splitting the plastic end tanks on the original item - a common problem!
Significant advantages with do88 performance intercooler (OEM intercooler):
do88 performance intercoolers are an all aluminium construction with cad designed, flow optimised cast end tanks and optimised core design (60mm thick) to achieve best possible cooling efficiency combined with lowest possible pressure drop! During installation the OEM intercooler rubber supports in the top brackets needs to be trimmed slightly because of the increased thickness of the intercooler. There are no predrilled holes for the AC-condenser, these holes needs to be drilled (easy to do).
Choice of silicone hose colours available, and throttle body hose can be supplied as standard 63mm, or 76mm for those upgrading to a 3 inch throttle body.
